Biscuits & Garlic Jalapeño Gravy | Traeger Grill

WHAT HEATH USED IN THIS RECIPE:

INGREDIENTS:

DIRECTIONS:

  1. Get grill up to temperature of 400º, we used Royal Oak Charcoal Hardwood Pellets for this cook.
  2. Spray cast iron skillet with oil, flatten sausage out in the bottom of the skillet to form one large sausage patty. Season with Garlic Jalapeño Rub.
  3. Place biscuits on cast iron griddle.
  4. Put biscuits and sausage on the grill to cook. Check after 20 minutes. Allow biscuits to cook until they are finished cooking.
  5. When sausage is done cooking, take out of the skillet but place skillet back on the grill to remain hot.
  6. Rough chop sausage to consistency of your liking.
  7. Add sausage back to the skillet from the grill.
  8. Add flour and mix around with sausage. Add Garlic Jalapeño Rub and milk. Mix well and place back on the grill.
  9. Allow to stay on the grill for approximately 30 minutes to thicken up.
  10. Butter biscuits if you wish. (total cook time on the biscuits was 35 minutes)
  11. ENJOY!
