Brisket Stuffed Peppers | Pellet Grill | Heath Riles

WHAT HEATH USED IN THIS RECIPE:

INGREDIENTS:

DIRECTIONS:

  1. Slice peppers in half and deseed them.
  2. Mix shredded cheese, cream cheese and brisket together.
  3. Season mixture with Heath Riles BBQ Beef Rub (to taste).
  4. Stuff peppers with cream cheese mixture.
  5. Wrap peppers with thin sliced bacon (we cut the package in half and used half pieces of bacon for each pepper).
  6. Place stuffed peppers on a wire rack (if you choose, can be placed directly on the grill of your choice, or even in the oven).
  7. Season peppers with Heath Riles BBQ Sweet Rub.
  8. Place on pellet grill 350ΒΊ-375ΒΊ for 30-35 minutes or until bacon is done.
