French Bread Pizza Recipe on the Pellet Grill


INGREDIENTS:

  • French bread (we sliced it in half)
  • Pizza sauce of your choice (or you can make your own)
  • Shredded Mozzarella Cheese (we used Tillamook, we recommend using a high quality mozzarella so it doesn't become oily during cooking)
  • Shredded or Grated Parmesan Cheese
  • Heath Riles BBQ Garlic Butter Rub
  • Cheshire Pork Pepperoni 6 oz Chub

DIRECTIONS:

  1. Get Traeger Pellet Grill to 400º (we used Hickory pellets)
  2. Slice French bread into halves
  3. Spoon / Spread pizza sauce of your choice onto French bread
  4. Layer mozzarella cheese (use as much or as little as you'd like)
  5. Top with parmesan cheese
  6. Top with Heath Riles BBQ Garlic Butter Rub (as much as you desire)
  7. Top with Cheshire Pork sliced pepperoni (you will have to slice this yourself)
  8. Place French bread pizzas on Traeger grill at 400º and cook for 15-20 minutes until desired doneness is reached!!
