Smoked Bacon Blue Cheese Dip | Heath Riles BBQ

 

WHAT HEATH USED IN THIS RECIPE:

Heath Riles Garlic Jalapeno Rub

Lodge 8" Cast Iron Skillet 

Traeger Timberline 1300 

Traeger Pecan Pellets 

INGREDIENTS

• 1 8 ounces of cream cheese

• 1/3 cup of mayo

• 6 ounces crumbled blue cheese

• 6 slices of bacon cooked and chopped

• 1/4 cup chopped green onion

• Heath Riles Garlic Jalapeno rub

DIRECTIONS

1. Get your Traeger Grill, or grill of choice, up to temp of approximately 350º

2. Spray cast iron skillet with non-stick spray

3. In a large bowl, mix your cream cheese, chopped bacon, garlic jalapeño rub, and mayo until smooth

4. Toss blue cheese crumbles and green onions into your bowl and mix until smooth.

5. Transfer your mixed ingredients into 8" cast iron skillet and spread evenly

6. Place the cast iron skillet on your grill for 20-30 minutes or until golden brown

7. Serve with crackers, chips or veggies

8. ENJOY!
