This week on Shootin' the Que, I cooked a whole Beef Tenderloin on my Gateway Drum Smoker! I used my Garlic Butter Rub and my Beef Rub to season the tenderloin. I also made a Creamy Horseradish Sauce that has my Everyday Rub in it.
I cooked some ribeye steaks from my local butcher on the PK 360 Grill. I used my Steak Cooking Bundle which includes my Garlic Jalapeño, Beef and Pecan Rubs. This bundle is available on my website.
