Fancy pizza has its time and place, but sometimes you need something hot and fast. This dinner bubbles to perfection in the Traeger Timberline 1300.
You can customize my French Bread Pizza to use up extra leftovers hanging around the fridge. Top it with your family's favorites, like olives, peppers, and onions. Your kitchen, your rules! If you need some inspiration, I’ve included instructions for one of my favorite variations. Aside from being a good family meal, this simple pizza is a great appetizer for game day or work potlucks.

If you have leftovers, you can store them in the fridge for up to 4 days. You can also make this meal in advance and freeze it for up to 4 months. To reheat, place straight in the oven and cook at 400℉ until crisp.

Shredded Mozzarella Cheese (we used Tillamook, we recommend using a high quality mozzarella so it doesn't become oily during cooking)
Shredded or Grated Parmesan Cheese
Heath Riles BBQ Garlic Butter Rub
Cheshire Pork Pepperoni 6 oz Chub
Get Traeger Pellet Grill to 400º
Slice French bread into halves
Spoon / Spread pizza sauce of your choice onto French bread
Layer mozzarella cheese
Top with parmesan cheese
Top with Heath Riles BBQ Garlic Butter Rub
Top with Cheshire Pork sliced pepperoni
Place French bread pizzas on Traeger grill at 400º and cook for 15-20 minutes until desired doneness is reached!!
