I wanted to smoke these thighs but the storms that day had other plans! I rubbed the thighs with The Chicken Rub and then glazed with Healths Peach Habanero Glaze! Man, off the Charts flavor! The kids devoured them! I can’t wait to make the Peach Pie ribs with the glaze!

Traditional BBQ is very new to me. My husband has always been the pit boss and I have always cooked all the sides. In 2025 I wanted to learn how to run the pit and the smokers we have. This peach honey habanero glaze is a game changer. We were concerned it would be too hot since my wife and I are sensitive to heat. And it wasn't spicy at all. You can tast the flavor of the habanero but it does not burn you up at all. Try it, it's great.

Flavor did not come through. Did not pair well with dry rubs, peach and honey. I used a wood smoker with apple wood and royal oak charcoal, 250 on temp. St. Louis cut ribs
