Ribs came out so good with the rub
I made both the whole beer can chicken recipe that turned out great. I made it on my Pit Boss though and used apple juice instead of beer. It turned out wonderful! At the same time I made your half chicken which was spicy and also turned out great!

I received my order almost a week and a half later from the date mind you I live in the USA and I received my seasoning and it was rock hard clumped up I hope the shipping gets fixed and the product comes with some quality very disappointing

The rub was good. The lid will not lock in place.
Not a family favorite but it is a personal one of mine. Goes great with chicken and for a sweet & spicy rib. Dunno if I'd recommend it for beef but you can probably make it work.
