Did a low and slow pork butt on my Traeger yesterday using the Pork Brine, Honey Chipotle, and Butter bath. Had friends over for dinner and they raved about the pork. It is definitely a do again. Sorry I took no pictures.

The Honey Chipotle rub is fantastic. It is very good by itself and it mixes nicely with the Pecan rub, the Chicken rub and the Garlic jalapeno rub. Our favorite is to mix it with the Cajun garlic rub. Excellent in every way.
