These Smoked Cajun Garlic Butter Shrimp are cooked in a rich butter sauce with Cajun Creole Garlic Butter Rub, Fireshire W Sauce, fresh garlic, and lemon for an easy appetizer or seafood dinner.

Smoked Cajun Garlic Butter Shrimp

Ingredients

  • 2 lbs jumbo shrimp, peeled, deveined, and tails removed

  • 1½ sticks butter, sliced into pats

  • 2–3 tbsp Bear & Burton's Fireshire W Sauce

  • 2 tbsp Heath Riles BBQ Cajun Creole Garlic Butter Rub

  • 3–4 cloves garlic, minced (or 1–2 tbsp jarred minced garlic)

  • Juice of 1–2 fresh lemons

Directions

  1. Preheat your pellet grill to 275°F.

  2. Line the bottom of a disposable aluminum pan with the sliced butter.

  3. Arrange the shrimp in a single layer over the butter.

  4. Brush the shrimp lightly with Bear & Burton's Fireshire W Sauce.

  5. Season evenly with Heath Riles BBQ Cajun Creole Garlic Butter Rub.

  6. Sprinkle the minced garlic evenly over the shrimp.

  7. Place the pan on the smoker and cook for 40–45 minutes, checking around the 40-minute mark to avoid overcooking.

  8. Remove the shrimp from the smoker and squeeze fresh lemon juice over the top.

  9. Serve immediately with crusty bread, over pasta, or use the shrimp to make tacos.
