Very good flavor combo. Not my first brisket but my first on a big green egg. Very happy with the outcome. I'd buy it again

Tender and juicy
Fantastic color. I used garlic jalapeño and sweet rub even mixed the sweet rub with apple juice and injected they turned out great and the taste was awesome. Great runs just like all of Heath’s products.
Amazing
I smoked a 25 beef brisket (before trimming) with Heath's Competition Brisket Seasoning and my wife's family absolutely loved it. My father-in-law hid some of the burnt ends to take home. Lol! There was no brisket left afterwards. Great guy and great products.
Best rubs on the planet
The Brisket was tender and moist. This is a keeper. I'm trying the honey/Pecan salmon next.
Very well pleased. We have tried the pecan rub and the every day rub and the seasoning is fresh and clean with no residual after taste. Very delightful, thank you. Bill
