Glaze is great paired with Garlic Habanero rub.
I mix the maple habanero with my own Raspberry Chipotle BBQ for these Pork Belly Burnt Ends.
This glaze is mighty! Tried Heath's Hot Honey Maple St. Louis Style Ribs recipe on a rack of St. Louis pork ribs, and the glaze absolutely made the dish! Highly recommended - one of the best rack of ribs I've ever smoked on my Shirley!
We have a slider competition coming up and we made the bacon jam you make . Should have made a bigger batch it was Awesome can’t wait to make the next batch .

Great on Competition Ribs
I was not excited about receiving this with the other glazes. But I took a taste while ribs were on the pit and man oh man. Way better than I expected. My ribs were seasoned with Garlic Jalapeño and Honey Chipotle. This glaze put the ribs over the top. I would’ve added pictures but they were gone before I could shoot. Can’t wait to try this on salmon.

Absolutely fantastic.
Made prairie fresh ribs with the garlic jalapeño and honey chipotle rub. Wrapped with the maple honey habenaro glaze. Texture of ribs was fantastic. Something off with the flavor though. Can’t put my finger on it. Could be the maple that’s overwhelming but willing to give it another go for others to try.
I am more than satisfied with this product, I have ordered other Heath Riles products I expected a top quality glaze and I was not disappointed. I’ve used Heath’s rubs as well as the butter bath, and have seen a definite improvement in my bbq game.
This ain’t gonna help you lose weight. But you’ll feel like a rockstar while eating it
The flavor of this is what you get and its excellent. The kiss of heat at the backend brings this all together. All three flavors are balanced very well. Its sweet so I mix it with BBQ sauce. Its great way to modify a BBQ sauce to add those notes and get that sweet note. I could also see this being a good tossing sauce for chicken wings. Or even an addition to a dipping sauce for chicken nuggets.
