This simple citrus rub is really nice on smoked SWAI fish with a sprinkle of the garlic butter rub. This is definitely my new go to for smoked fish or baked fish. Just to be honest the citrus rub would be great added to your fish fry batter.

Jalapeno garlic on wings is great but add some simple citrus with it is amazing I bought the simple citrus to smoke some taplilia but haven't yet but added to wings is a game changer

I originally bought my first one from coalway in applecreek. I liked it so much we were about out and had to by more. 2 more bottle just to last alittle longer. Tastes great on pork and chicken. Used mainly on chicken. I have used it on scrambled eggs too.
Did this on a thick chop today, to try it out. Great flavor. I’d use this on pork, or chicken, without question. I’m tempted to try it on red meat as well.
This rub has a great balance to it. Great flavor without being overpowering.

Tried it only two times in the last week and it is a great seasoning. Baked some chicken thighs and used the citrus, garlic butter and competition rub on them. Sooo good.

Use this spice on a salmon and was very impressed with the flavor. There are so many different rubs to choose from these days, some with little flavor. Will definitely buy again!
