This Maple Cinnamon Glazed Ham is smoked low and slow before being coated in a rich glaze made with Maple Honey Habanero Glaze, butter, and Jack Daniel's Tennessee Fire. Sweet maple flavor, warm cinnamon spice, and a touch of smoky heat make this the perfect centerpiece for holiday dinners and special gatherings.

Maple Cinnamon Glazed Ham on the Camp Chef Woodwind Pro 36

Ingredients

  • Heath Riles BBQ Maple Honey Habanero Glaze

  • 9lb Ham

  • Jack Daniel’s Fire

Directions

  1. Fire up the pit to 275℉ using the Camp Chef Woodwind Pro 36 with Royal Oak Charcoal Hardwood Pellets.

  2. Remove the spiral-cut ham from its packaging and place it facedown on the grill without a binder or seasoning. Close the lid and smoke the ham for 1 hour and 15 minutes.

  3. Prepare the maple cinnamon glaze by combining Heath Riles Maple Habanero BBQ Glaze, butter, and whiskey in a small cast iron pan, warming it on the grill while the ham cooks.

  4. Baste the ham with the glaze at the 1 hour and 15-minute mark, brushing to coat evenly. Continue basting every 10-15 minutes until the ham reaches an internal temperature of 140℉, with a total cook time of 2 hours and 45 minutes.
